Laura is a talent booster by heart and is on a mission to help women and people of color raise their game. Laura is currently working at T-Mobile where she helps to increase participation of underrepresented groups and build a more inclusive culture at executive levels. She is the founder of the Latinas in Seattle Network, which helps Latinas unlock their potential by embracing their culture. She is also the Director for the Women of the Association of Latin American Professionals for America and helps run the DEI strategy for Lean In Seattle, the largest Lean In Chapter in the U.S. In her free time, she enjoys taking long walks and trying new food with her husband Federico and daughter Mia.
