Laticia “Action” Jackson is a veteran of The United States Air Force, Fitness Olympian, author, globally recognized women’s health expert, and survivor of domestic violence. She has been featured in over 30 personal development publications and has engaged audiences through radio, podcasts, and on TV for stations such as NBC News, King 5, CW 31, WEAR Channel 3, Fitness Fridays before the Steve Harvey In the Morning Show, and numerous others.  

She has an amazing ability to ignite a culture of change by connecting with diverse audiences. Her ability to impact lives has led to invitations to speak at annual business and empowerment events such as The Emmett Tills Legacy Foundation’s Loving from the Inside Out Symposium, Alpha Kappa Alpha’s Paint the City Pink Breast Cancer Event, Brokers International Women’s Fall Business Retreat, Girls on The Rise Conference, The Next Big Thing, Joint Commission Women’s Leadership Symposium, and more.

In 2018, Action Created ValueH.E.R., an initiative focused on amplifying the voices of women of color in all sectors of business, healthcare, and academia. GEN has partnered with this initiative to ensure the voices of Women of Color are heard in raising the bar for workplace equity.
