Liz co-founded Intrepid Consultants, a customer research and strategy consulting business, which she and her co-founder sold after establishing a global footprint with offices in Europe, Asia, and North America. During her career, she has advised leading brands and businesses on optimizing customer engagement to improve lifetime value, loyalty, and advocacy.

Liz has been in the business of understanding human behavior for more than 20 years, working at the intersection of data, insight, design, and technology to help drive strategy and innovation across different contexts. She has a proven track record of combining traditional research, analytics, and linguistic and visual data to help drive insight and innovation.

She has won numerous awards, including the 2011 e-consultancy Innovation award for Integrated Social Media Measurement System and the 2012 Great Mind Award for Innovation for work on the SDL Customer Commitment Framework.

Her current innovation focus is centered on the integration of social media and traditional research techniques to build the value and board room relevance of socially driven measurement.
